Refunds and Exchanges
Should you wish to return a product to us, please complete the enclosed returns slip and send your parcel to:

Any postage costs incurred in returning/exchanging an item must be paid by the customer.
All items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item. We will only be able to refund the price of, or exchange a Product if it is in fully resalable condition in its original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected we'll contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not, and credit your original method of payment, within 14 days.
If you haven't received a refund yet where we have told you we have issued one, please check your bank account or card statement to make sure it hasn't been received and then contact your bank as some banks or card companies take a number of days to credit your account.
If you have received a damaged, or faulty item please contact customer-service@warchild.org.uk before returning the item.
