I’ve bought something! When will it arrive? 

We are working with an external fulfilment partner for Shop For Good who are currently aiming to dispatch all items within 3 working days of you placing the order. You should receive a dispatch email once your items are on the way.  

Please allow up to 3-5 working days for UK orders and 28 for international orders to arrive from dispatch date. If you have any questions, please contact us at: customer-service@warchild.org.uk. 

Do you ship anywhere? 

Yes, please note shipping costs vary based on where we are shipping to, and the customer will be responsible for all customs, duty and local tax costs. Please check before ordering. 

Is shipping included? 

No, it is not. This will be charged separately at the checkout stage. We offer free UK shipping for orders over £45. 

How can I exchange or return an item? 

Should you wish to return a product to us, please complete the enclosed returns slip and send your parcel to:

Any postage costs incurred in returning/exchanging an item must be paid by the customer.   

All items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item. We will only be able to refund the price of, or exchange a Product if it is in fully resalable condition in its original packaging.  

If you have received a damaged, or faulty item please contact customer-service@warchild.org.uk before returning the item.  

What is your size guide?  

For Adult sizes:

For Child Sizes: 

Chest: Measure all round your chest just below your armpits. 

Waist: Measure round your waistline, where your trousers would button up. 

Height: Your natural height. 

If you fall between the sizes, go for the larger of the two.
